I just browsed around a bit and found two that looked similar to the one in this house, and they cost €39.900 and €48.900 respectively. That's still quite a significant amount of money to essentially leave behind. Some of the grand pianos from C. Bechstein cost upwards of €100.000 with the most expensive build (from that specific dealer) costing €200.000.

Just found your channel and so far I’ve quite impressed. As a scientist and an investigator myself for over 28 years and who has studied demonology for the past 15 it’s refreshing to see a team who is genuine and that doesn’t add unnecessary music during the investigations and that debunks things to ensure the activity is genuine! Further, the equipment is used very well to help prove the activity that’s being experienced, which is critical for good evidence collection! Hi from 🇦🇺 Your Channel turned up for me yesterday ❤. I haven’t lived in the UK permanently since my mid 20’s so the first thing I notice is the fact that there seems to be more huge country homes left standing, abandoned and left to rot than I remember - such a waste, especially when there are British families who are homeless, through no fault of their own. On a different subject, love the dry wit of the back and forth between you guys 😂. One thing I should point out is that many of these big homes, even relatively recently, had some live-in staff, even if only a house keeper or someone to look after the grounds, in addition to local staff as and when required. Self contained accommodation would be given as part of the job, with its own access for coming and going, when not at work. I just thought I’d mention it, as it may help you to work out what you’re seeing when you walk through an abandoned property like this one. Take care 👍

Trouble is with these big buildings/mansions so many places for others to hide, random person or homeless who know lay out well, anything from something thrown or door opening would have to be caught on camera start to finish to be convincing which I don't think any paranormal team have managed

You say that you felt safe enough to leave your bags there. Yet, at 24.20, you both have your bags on your back. You say you don’t want to show us the boring bits, however, I really do think that showing us when you went to collect your bags considering the door being opened xx

WOW!! That was an AMAZING investigation!! Whoever was there (I get the impression it was an older woman but who knows?) really enjoyed throwing thing's. I know you don't put a whole lot of importance on orb's but one thing I'd like to point out. At 21:30, right after the second time you heard the same thing thrown, Joe catches an orb going into the room where you can hear other noises coming from a few seconds later. I slowed the footage down and you can tell it isn't an insect (no wing's moving) and it isn't dust (dust isn't that large and doesn't fly with purpose). The most credible event IMO was the outside door opening. You were able to prove it doesn't open from the outside or stay closed without being latched. Elliot said he heard something being thrown as you were going down the stairs. You didn't give it much thought and soon after the piece of concrete (or whatever it was) was thrown and rolled down the stairs. It was after you were trying to debunk it that the door opened and cold air rushed down the stairs. It's as if the spirit was trying to show you they were there but you kept explaining it away. They were finally like, "Fine! You've been ignoring me but you can't ignore this!" type of action. I think you should definitely go back again!! 😱😱😱😱

This investigation is an enigma I want to say someone was in there because scientifically how does things get thrown? Always the question isn't it then why would someone be all that way out there and no sign of squatters. The footsteps are always a treat.. What I will say is this.. I've been watching all the paranormal shows and can't believe many however if Ghost Theory see a apparition full on I will hold my hands up and say I believe and I will subscribe.. At 21.53 an orb leaves the room from the top of the door frame and I think it’s the same orb that went into the floor about 10 secs earlier
