No quest for me they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

If you live in the US, its because of the pandemic. I had a problem with my q30, it took 2 months but I got a replacement.

@@pepemomax The horrible service and communication with quest happened before the pandemic. It's so bad I called a metal detector shop in my state recently and asked him why he would even sell their products. His response was that if his shop sells a quest product that they are now doing ALL communication with quest so that their customers don't have to put up with quests crap!

I bought it because all the good reviews here and it absolutely sucks. It only works well right infront of the tip, so that's why everyone tests it in front of the tip. It goes off for no reason, or stops working and gives error. And Quest + dealer say it's normal.
