You're overratting Saktimaan! He is copy of Superman with extra magical powers based on those chakras but his powers are limited. If he was that strong he wouldn't have had problems in dealing with those weak villains in his series. His biggest feats in series are not that Impressive. Goku SSGOD/UI, Superman Prime, The Presence, One above all, Dr. Manhattan are stronger than him. They are beyond God Level specially The Presence and TOAA!
