More then 20 years, spent $3B dollars. And today only can turn moleculer data into binary in 3 days with correct sequence and CRC checks. You expect someone will do it better version of it for $5M and it's gonna paid if it wins with different categories? Dear google. We have done everything to achive your goal. If you're a genius kid in the 1970s and 80s, you help design a quantum computer and call it Sycamore. You also design the quantum chips of IBM and Microsoft, and the Chinese' etc. And remembering you were already working on Tensor Networks too.
