Hi, thanks for the compliments. I shot many videos during the 14 or so months we( wife and 2 cats) travelled but have not been too enthusiastic about publishing.. I installed 2 ( 100 watts each) solar panels and built 96 amps lifepo4 battery bank. Installed a dorm fridge. Installed a 5000 btu window unit( run it with a 2000 w inverter generator) The top itself is very light but I reinforced the rear suspension with a couple of shocks with springs( they look like struts) We've been quite content with the camper, it served its purpose 🙂

How do you connect the foam walls to the base of the trailer?

Where did you buy this XPS and how did you glue it together?

I got this one from the Lowe's and I used gorilla glue and some spots I used hot glue and covered the whole thing with epoxy and cloth( 6oz) doubled it up at certain places.

It's called xps board, it is denser than the styrofoam.
