You don't need to. If you know someone is a smuggler you just need to find one of the hidden items and then you put him under arrest. After that to get a perfect score you just need to find all the contraband and you are good to go.

For all those that do not know, its not russian or Ukrainian languages in game, i`d say it mostly Polish but very distorted with eastern slavic suffixes and accent

It isn't. It sounds nothing like Polish. The game was made by a Polish studio. The language sounds more like Chech, but still it's invented. To someone who doesn't know Slavic languages, it may sound like a real communism shit, which I understand because it's the point here.

After finishing it I hope the studio finds sucess in this game and delivers a sequel. This game has a lot of potential. It surprised me when it had , besides the being a border control inspector, a murder case, decent shooting gameplay, story-wise choices and even a drive-by quest. With a bigger development team and budget this game would have had much more content to offer.
