try not to follow too closely behind your teammate when he's on point and you're in the rear. you either want to leave plenty of space, so that while you're ADS if he moves across your line of sight you have plenty of time to see him doing so and react and not TK him, or you want to be online with him, shoulder to shoulder, "muzzle before flesh" as the pros say. when you're in the "no man's land" in between these two distances you run a higher risk of accidentally TK'ing if your teammate makes a sudden move

@@adam5804 it's not paranoia, it's vigilance. there's a big difference. did you know the citizen's arrest is vastly underused and not understood by most? there are supposed to be far far more citizen's arrests than arrests by officers, and there are far fewer restrictions on your ability to lawfully detain others than on an officer's ability to do so, but nobody cares enough to do it
