For anyone who's confused, ironmouse sounds like that due to a variety of medical reasons, such as a lung disease and immune deficiency. She exercises her voice by doing opera but she can't do it for sustained periods at a time. Is she faking it? Well yes, and no. Her voice is naturally that high but she plays it up for the stream, much like X does.
