33:50 Tf is Dizzy talking about? Updates are slow, yes, but they're far from abandoning the game. They're currently working on adding the next big biom and it looks promising!

Updates aren't even that slow. They very regularly update the game, and have lately really been stepping up th in-game events with raiders spawning on different maps and bosses moving between maps, including Killa and Tagilla spawning together on interchange several months ago, things like this... New guns, new maps. He's obviously just not paying attention, annoying that he'd suggest this when you see just how much has been added and changed.
