imagine this exact same layout of apartment, but with regular wood, actually comfortable furniture, and no stones; it'd literally be like 0.0000001% the price this apartment is the antithesis of "aesthetic" over comfort and rationality
@MrPlayDay2 жыл бұрын
No??? A huge apartment high up in a skyscraper in the middle of NYC would cost at least 10 million even with the cheapest furniture and materials known to man.
@K-dis_Boher2 жыл бұрын
@@MrPlayDay the apartment itself is trash, even if the "location value" drives up the value 99% of the price of this thing comes simply from being pretentious and fancy; there's nothing special about this apartment that makes it genuinely worth the price beyond the builder's choice to use "fancy" materials
@MrPlayDay2 жыл бұрын
@@K-dis_Boher but the layout is good, and it is big. Normal house prices aren’t driven by the amount of valuable material in it. It’s driven by size. This apartment is huge, therefore it’s going to cost a lot, you were implying that without the fancy stuff the apartment would be worth way less, but it wouldn’t be that much less, it’d still be considered a luxurious apartment due to its size and location, so it’d still cost a ton of money. And by the way, location value does matter, cause if you buy a big house like 50 miles away from civilisation, of course it’ll be cheap, but it won’t be very convenient. So a place in the middle of NYC is obviously going to cost a lot more.

I'm not an expert, but most Japanese homes are built and used to live minimalist lifestyles, examples empty rooms, with futon's(american sleeping bags) or beds that will fold into the walls. When you're spend 135,000,000 you want it fabulous luxurious, not a minimalist life
