There are many times where police officers will act like that confrontational officer did because they expect you to be intimidated when interacting with them. The fact that this guy was so nonchalant and chill because he literally was just buying stuff must've really set this officer off, which is why he's trying to assert dominance by talking to the dude like he's a child. Power trip fr. Fuck that manager, fuck that officer, and fuck the manager even more. Dude coulda walked in front of him, waved at him, or anything to ACTUALLY get his attention, rather than walk behind him because clearly it wasn't working.

i'm sorry but xqc isn't the smartest guy out there isn't he? the problem is not that he was strolling and touching items like a normal shopper. The problem is that by wearing his helmet he hide his face from the camera which is a common occurence for robbery and theft. That's fishy in itself when you work in security, but add to that that the manager went up to him and tryed to communicate with him yet get ignored, now that's not a normal sopper at all, it's a mask wearng prson that ignore a threat of police comming. now it's suspicious.

Video evidence shows that the guy with the helmet never actually heard what the walmart manager said. Thing I hate about most cops is they always try to escalate a situation even when there is no problem. My guy seems like he’s being super reasonable and honestly scared. The main issue wasn't him wearing a helmet, it was him not being able to hear the manager and didn't pay enough attention to realize he was being told to leave. You deciding to leave your helmet on doesn't make you immune to being told to leave a private business..

Bros got a helmet on, vibing to some loud music (arguably questionable volume). The manager hardly made a gesture, let alone an attempt to really get the attention of the biker. If he was really concerned you'd think he'd try harder. Like for God's sake, the biker AND the manager walked by each other and continued beyond line of sight at least for at least a second. Completely understandable that the biker thought he was not being talked to. Hell, by watching the Wal-Mart tape alone it looked like the manager was just admiring the guys attire or simply scolding it cause it may not have been up to his standards.
