So um the girl about her brother. During the video of her watch closely, she is using her brother as a defense mechanism. Almost as if his passing forms some kind of a shield from the law or any bad behaviours. This issue stems from the fact that she has most likely been aloud to get away with some bad behaviours because of that fact. Although she does genuinely seem to be looking for some human connection to help console her pain, it is brief. The officers must have been at a loss for words because the level of emotions are so high that it sets an awkward tone. Now after this small glimpse of her humanity. She does revert back to her so called defense mechanism once she doesn't receive the reaction she felt she deserved. Now I will come down to earth and be real. Brittany if you ever read this, your brother's death happened. It didn't happen to you. Your alive and breathing, you have your parents and your family. Try to put yourself in your parents shoes who actually gave birth to him and made his life through the expression of there love. So a bit of advice stop using your brother as a reason to act like a brat, do not use your brother as a reason for you alcoholism, don't not use his memory to skate through your life portraying a victim. His memory doesn't deserve that. You need mental health services please reach out to someone before anything messy happens. That's just my opinion and advice. Take it.

You should never do the field tests since they're scored subjectively by the officer. The eye tracking the finger especially since you could pass it but the officer can say you didn't with no way to dispute it.
