@@JonnehBongeh By RDR 2 graphics I meant cinematic, I know Rockstar wasn't the first company to make "realistic games" but as far as I remember they tried to do something most companies never did, which is make a game look cinematic, you can see that in how the lighting looks, the sun, the moon, the fire, the way this light looks in cloudy places and the slight vignetting and grey color that is constantly present. I don't remember where so I won't put timestamp but for Starfield several times they specifically mentioned "cinematic graphics" and that is noticeable in how they treated natural light and that slightly grayish blue color that the game has.

What I'm hoping for in Starfield is the main quest is you as the player making first contact with other intelligent alien life and learning it's not just humans out there. Elder Scrolls for example has a bunch of different races in its universe and a space game like this could be perfect for like say 5 different unique races of alien life and each has a culture, has conflicts and history with some of the other alien lifeforms, their own space ship architecture, and maybe different accent or dialect. I just wish it was like only 5-7 planets but very hand crafted with different alien life on each planet that you get to be the intermediary between them all, if I'm making any sense.. I imagine scenarios where you just decide things like "I don't really like the purple aliens they're rude af, I'm just gonna rob them every time I'm on their planet" hurting your reputation with them turning a whole alien race against you in the galaxy where they want you dead on sight and it's now super dangerous to be on their planet. But the green aliens hate the purple ones too, so now they like you and treat you well when visiting their planet. Maybe eventually you want to take out the purple aliens leader, or even destroy their entire planet.. But this seems like quite a bit of procedural generation. Most of the monsters you see walking around the planet you're likely not even gonna deal with them just probably run past. Clearing out a building shooting other generic soldiers and pirates is just not super interesting for a long period of time.

Fallout 4 is easily one of the best games ever made, and Starfield looks like Fallout 4 in Space. i was skeptical but wow im blown away, if this game is actually as detailed as the trailer im easily gonna sink 1,000 hours into it

People in the chat are probably one big reason why Cyberpunk failed so miserably, not talking about the bugs, under so much pressure. Making fun of Todd, I get it, but I can see in his eyes that he really wants this to work. The game looks great in this showcase, and still chat finds anything bad and complains about it like some bunch of kids. It is not even finished and you laugh about lags, grow up guys. I have high hopes that Starfield after 25 years will be a cool new family member besides Fallout and Elder Scrolls. Heck they even built in memes, like the Optimus Prime space ship was hilarious! And the last and best thing about this: *MODS* There will be a ton of mods for this. Better make a bookmark for Nexusmods.
