JP in that scene could've been a fed, or some random opposition that now knows what's going on since the scene's in literal eyeshot. mafia failing to contain intel when they have billions and only had to control one beach is pretty unrealistic no? the tilted cops prolly frustrated at how powerless they are but they're in a fuckin RP server, just RP it out 4head.
