obviously im not defending murderers but people forget to mention that he said he was raped by his older brother/uncle and the mother told him he is lying he also targeted the brother thats why he said "she failed to protect my family" when he did it. "I do know why I did it, I don't want to tell." "I planned it several years ago" and when asked about his mom "was she a bad mom?" he said no but she wasnt a good mom either he said he would only attack anyone who tried to stop him, and the people at the store were safe and fine you can also see how his brother doesnt really give a fuck its visible he's intelligent and not controlled or something (obviously having a mental illness) like how he writes about mr. Voss etc with empathy and care he snapped for a reason, having an emotional breakdown. maybe it built up? maybe he had enough? maybe something tipped him off. but it's clear something was going on and he wasn't heard and even now people judge him and call it "delusions" and he tries to be a villain what a tragic soul 🤓

i fully agree with you, from what ive seen before he very much seems to be affected by catatonic schizophrenia, everything else just gets shut out and its hard to be aware and alert in those states, he was probably trying real hard to just say anything. i always had a feeling that there was more to it, as it always seemed like his mother had done something irredeemable and he never forgave her for years until this happened. Especially if he had schizophrenia these things would be constantly running through his mind with voices telling him he's right and that she's evil. My condolences to the family anyways as murder shouldn't be the solution, but if you kick a dog enough, one day it'll bite.
