Games like HOURS, etc. rarely get there, and don't appeal much to the larger audience of roblox. Though, this is my take so don't take my word for it.

A tip for the office level is to just spam sprint and crouch. The time you spend sprinting is way too short for the monster to hear and you move way faster compared to just crouch walking. Also the monster literally cannot do anything if you’re crouching/crouch walking (unless you’re opening shelves), since it has no collision, it will just walk through you
