I don't understand why they didn't make this a phone as well.

They had an event where they explained the reasons behind. Mainly because the phone doesnt have dedicated ar apps and also while using the phone you can get messages, phone calls thus disrupting the experience. Also this is 100% with all devices compared with the current version. Finally they have the Nebula OS installed.
