I have so many questions: - is the digital euro nothing more than a stable coin on a private ledger? - why do countries issue their digital currency on a public ledger and others on private ledgers? Does it have anything to do with whether a country has a central bank or not? - from what we know the private ledger is based on the public XRPL and it has validators that verify transactions. Who runs the validators, nodes and other infrastructure of the private ledger? - Does it mean that there is only one private ledger for all Ripple customers, so they all use one? Who then has visibility over the transactions? Is a Cbdc then a trustline on the private ledger?

Banks have screwed people over for many years as we know. With this new system the Banks have a CHOICE to jump on board with us or go it alone as they have been on there own. We see what ones made a good choice. There are still a lot of banks that are not changing. So that being said it sounds to me like most banks have decided to concede to the new rules or fail. This is a blessing. Love and light my friend and God bless you. Sooo happy to see smart women involved in this. Buy more if you can afford it. Don't let people know when you get money because it could be dangerous. People will be jealous. As far as leasing out our coins... I believe you will be able to use them as collateral because they are considered an asset. Just remember to just use part of them as collateral and let the other half of your tokens make the payments for you. Pay it off and repeat. Enjoy your day.
