If I understand David Schwartz correctly, he is presenting the idea that digitizing and having a universal token like xrp can lend toward economic sovereignty for each country. In that way, then each country will stand or fall on its own merits, rather than being at the mercy of one or another Empire such as the United States or China, etc.. Brilliant!
