How can you get this glitch: When he is at his last hitpoint, just flame him and then supercharge him (you have like 1 second after burning him to supercharge his ass)

@@teawrecks1243I largely agree it could be swept under the rug and not be missed, but I liked that Enter the Dragonfly introduced the idea of multiple styles of breath attacks, but that's really its crowning achievement. It is likely where the Legend of Spyro series drew its inspiration for his multiple powers, including time bending. Just think if the original developers had worked some additional ideas like that into a passionate project! I wonder where it could have went. From what I understand, Insomniac sold Spyro, because they were running out of ideas that made playing with a purple dragon fun and did not want to stagnate on the same routine for consecutive games. One can dream...

First phase Ripto goes into freakout mode when Spyro gets powered up, but since Spyro is permanently powered up in phase 3, he's stuck in the "scared fleeing mode". Of course he just hilariously looks like he's terrified that the floor is lava 😂

They could've made this a legitimate thing, too. If they didn't want the awkward duplication, all they'd have to do is make Gulp operate by himself. He could breathe fireballs to fill the void of Ripto's scepter attacks, too.

Reminds me of a very old game called Wizardry 7, where everything is doubled on the highest difficulty, including the bosses. You can fight two Dark Savants at the end. That's the proper name of a single character, really named Phoonzang. Long story.

This is kinda like the glitch I found, where I reset the fight after firing a projectile towards Ripto's spawn point. You hear him say "OW!" just before the loading screen disappears, and then you open the fight with both Ripto and Robo-Gulp. Only major difference is Robo-Gulp is invisible, and the two of them are attacking you for the first phase of the fight rather than the second.

Oh by the way, if you use the Omniswapper mod you can fight four Riptos with increased Attack Speed, forcing you to have to dodge roll the fireballs. I actually beat the first game with the increased speed and it makes the enemy and bosses' mechanics completely different and far more challenging, like the enemies who use smash attacks have to be baited with the dodge roll before you can kill them because they strike the very moment you get close enough.@@Loxa

@@CTRruns I wanted to show you some cool photos of 5 riptos getting me stuck in the ground. But youtube bot is deleting my comment (it deletes any link it seems), so i will only post the og message without link: Yeah i use that but i didnt know i could increase the attack/speed, that tool is even more powerful than what i thought. An army of riptos with that would be crazy. And about spawning 4 riptos i dont know if i will make a video, but you can try it too if you want! Obviously spawning like 10 riptos will be buggy, just like in this video. You only need the Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker, or UUU in short (which allows you to put commands in the game, like free cam, slowmo, change spyro size, or goto levels). Then you put the command to spawn the character you want. I am no master at this, so i dont know the reason why you can only spawn characters that are in the level already. Anyway, to spawn characters you inject the universal unlocker app, and then you press the key that opens the console (you can change it in the app settings). At last write the command to "summon" a character, for example in ripto arena write: summon BP_CBS2003_Ripto_C And that will spawn a ripto, it wont move until you hit it with fire. Be careful because summoned actors dont despawn, so you will have an army of riptos each time you reset the level, or even if you go to another level. Resetting the game will fix it. Can you also tell me the code for "Mecha Gulp with Ripto" and regular Gulp if you have access to them? I would definitely love to upload a video of Cynder vs Ripto, Mecha Gulp Ripto, and regular Gulp at increased speed.@@Loxa

Which I don't complain, since in the pc version they can just modify the game and make you fight a million at once xd

I was just fighting ripto for the first time like 5 mins ago and on the second stage I got the two riptos like that and didn’t realize what was happening bcuz I had never fought him before. Of course I died and so I looked up how to defeat him only to come across this video and realized that mine had glitched too 😂 how does this happen!? It doesnt really need a tutorial. You just need to attack ripto with a normal attack and then a special attack (at his last hitpoint) For example: Ripto is at 1 hp left, wait for him to be closer and then grab the supercharge orbs. Flame him and quickly superchargehim Thats it.

I’m calling BS. Notice when he started charging at Ripto on the lava, he actually LANDED on the lava and didn’t receive damage.
