Can't this be done with forks on the bike? Is there drain plug on bottom of forks?

great tutorial. how did the bike ride with the new fork springs? was the difference noticeable/improved? thinking of changing on my xsr xtribute. what was the spec of the spring as I am similar weight to you.

I've got the link for the springs I used in the description. Made a HUGE difference. I adjusted the preload quite a bit to make it even more firm. Doesn't sag anymore when coming to a stop it's like riding a completely different bike.
