I am sad that I only started playing GTS this Christmas after being on Forza 7 since release. Why did I do that to myself for so long?? GTS by far and away the better game for actual racing. I have enjoyed it immensely and looking forward to GT 7 although doesn't seem like there will be a huge difference especially for us PS4 peasants.

I wouldn't be quick to lose hope about gt7. I don't know if you're only interested in sport mode, but the career/campaign mode seems to offer a lot that I'm personally excited about. Also AI look like they might be better. Hopefully we can see more gameplay soon and learn more!

I have owned GT Sport for like two years and played maybe 30 minutes of it… until last week when I decided to try the driving school after seeing excited coverage for GT7. I enjoyed it so much I went into mastering track mode. And after feeling confident with a controller (my wheel is for my PC only, where I really only play Dirt Rally 2.0 in VR). This has been my introduction to online racing in GT Sport, my first online races since maybe the time where I played a few rounds of PGR3 and Forza 3 when I was in high school. This race has been a lot of fun to get into.

Try motion steering with six axis built into dualsense. It's next best thing to steering wheel and much better than sticks imo.

I've owned this game for a year or so and just dabbled in the tutorials and participated in a miata race or 2 before dropping the game. As of yesterday my experienced mate got me back into it and I got 2 other mates to buy the game so this game is definitely not dead. The best thing about it is letting my grandpa watch the replays and him thinking they are actual races

I set my fastest quali in the Supra, but had to switch to the 911 because I kept spinning out in the races. The 911 can get earlier on full throttle out of corners than any other car. Now with more practice, I'm mostly able to drive the RCZ, which is faster than the 911 on this track, without botching - in most races anyway.

@super GT , can you help please (or anyone for that matter ) Ive not long had GT sport and Im trying to work our the multiplayer racing. Can you only select the cars you have in your garage for a multiplayer race ? when i set up a private room and select a car group it only ever shows the ones in my garage (ie the ones ive bought or unlocked ) or it says you dont have the required car. Is there a way to get cars for multiplayer racing with mates that you havent unlocked or bought ? driving me nuts (no pun intended) lol

You've done Taylor proud! :p YES! Race the ghosts! I usually try to pick someone in the car I'm using or one that drives similarly. You can learn soooo much for your qualifying laps this way. (Also, having a "rabbit" to chase instinctively makes you push harder.)
