Hey Bro you can do it on 1 s no problem just do LIPO charge not balance and then you can select 1s.....

Why do you mutiply the amp wouldn't it just be 0.5a for a 500mah. Or is it because the charger reads the full charge of the batteries all plugged in.

you're adding the capacities together of the batteries you're charging in parallel, if you're charging 500mah+500mah+500mah+500mah you would need set 2A to charge at 1xCapacity (1C). If you charged at .5A, that would be .25C.

There’s a new version with a little jumper wire that works. The 1S ports need to be linked to the main charge ports for this to work.

I have the same issue, I do not know how to charge 1s batteries with this board, I think the company didn't design this very well :(

I've seen newer versions of this board being sold with an extra port and a small jumper cable to connect the 1S ports to the main charge circuit when you want to charge 1S.. I'm guessing with this version you would need to make a cable and do the same thing (I haven't actually tried this, so I can't say if it's safe or not) in order to use the 1S ports to charge.

So this board just doesn't work with 1s, right? That's pure scam, it's advertised as 1s-3s board. Is there a way to make this work with 1s?

You can power the balance plug from xt30. Use the xt30 female to ph2.0 female. Plug the xt30 and then put the ph2.0 to one of 1s slot. (Careful with the polarity)
