The reason why Underplayer summoned Gaster Blaster and Real Knife without using a file, unlike Hyper Gonar which he summoned through a file, is because if you've seen the original comic, Underplayer's body is a copy of Frisk, but his abilities are copies of those of other monsters like Flowey, Sans, Chara and more, so some of those abilities can be used without using a file. In other words, It looks like Nec made this video with the setup where the Underplayer didn't copy the Hyper Goner, but did copy the Gaster Blaster and Real Knife. Plus, I don't know why everyone only uses Hyper Goner for absorption. Hyper Goner is a charge-fire type blaster that gathers energy through absorption and then fires it.

Because its main effect is destroying a timeline. But its more like that it devours a freaking timeline by pulling everything to it like a supercharged blackhole, and no, it does not release anything, not even a beam. It just floods the entire screen with light going by the game itself once the attack is nearly done.

Essentially a hacker that isekai'd himself into Undertale by splitting off a piece of his soul in order to stop the reset loop. He also used his code manipulation to revive Chara and bring Asriel back to normal. If you want to know anything in more detail I highly recommend that you watch the Underplayer comic dub as it's nice.
