"...can somebody tell me?" 1. Hobby store 2. If none in your area, subscribe to a model boat magazine. Do it over the internet if you can't find any magazines locally. All hobby magazines have many, many ads for mail order buyers. Just beware that these are not bought complete, but are the product of many years' experience in building model boats. Ready-to-run boats are much simpler.
