I believe the earlier generations of GT used a horrendous rubber band effect to keep gameplay competitive with limited CPU players in the game. GT6 you can lap players with a very fast car on certain tracks. I'm still playing GT6 to this day and look forward to 4K HDR full glory in GT7. Dusk races will look phenomenal.

Citroen Xsara and Vector M12 LM appear to have been replaced by a game error ... In GT3 and GT4 I didn't see that kind of error happen anymore.
