xTool does have a diode laser with a camera, it's the 10W M1. A camera can be useful but the accuracy fades as you move from the center of focus. They usually have a fisheye effect, which is why I lean towards the auto-focus.

Thanks for a great informative video once again. Really in doubt for weeks already if I would get the Roly MK2 or the S1 Xtool, they are close and the main difference is onboard camera vs auto-focus. Im sure both are a great buy though.

yeah hoping xTool integrates a camera soon. They have it for the CO2 laser, but they really should add it to their diodes.

@@amolin7421 I went for the xTool S1, 20W. And so far, not a single regret. I don't miss the camera at all, positioning is a piece of cake and very precise. Autofocus is so nice to have. However, one day I would like to laser Brass and more Acrillic as well. But the Roly MK2 is not capable of those either.
