Loved Matt, he was amazing but to be honest, if 1D wasn't going to win, I wanted Rebecca to win. It actually doesn't even matter that 1D didn't win. I'm sure at the time they were nervous about what the future held for them after the show since they didn't win, but they had nothing to be nervous about. They didn't need this win to win the globe. It's good that they got as far as the finals, they needed that so people could get to know them and they could get a foothold in support that launched them into the world, but they didn't need to actually win. Matt and Rebecca needed the win more than they did. So I'm glad that one of them won, even though I wish it would have been Rebecca instead of Matt. Don't worry your pretty little heads boys, you are going to be just fine.
