This rule won't work everytime, especially for praise medley. It's a build up system. you cant start a praise medley with hot hot song/vibes, the vibes has to be built until you get to the middle.. climax where everyone is scattering themselves in dance. The first lady is not necessary less skilled than the third, it's just that she started the praise, and that's kind a disadvantage. If there was a swapped, she will have delivered the same results, cos at that point, the praise is already at a peak. Same thing as when you are praying, the fire is intensed as you go further🤷🏾‍♂️
