I think the Kiddos EXTREAM is trying to go for the niche market of those age players that like to age play as teenagers, but for whatever reason, in the RP, they need to wear nappies/diapers. I get the same feeling with Rebbels diapers/nappies. The once with the skull and bones.

I will say they are comparable to the Incontrol BeDry nights I will also say as a normal Large diaper wearer I was disappointed that I was in the large range with the Xtreme and definitely needed a medium just keep this in mind if you try the leg holes were way too big and you can’t get them tight enough to stop the leaks from happening definitely size down not as bad as the megamax but definitely size down
