I've been a painter for two decades now. Epoxy cures/dries incredibly hard. It is TOUGH ! If it is ever anything but perfect, it was applied incorrectly. This is beautiful, and I suspect many of the commenters aren't aware how durable an epoxy floor is. Paint has came a very very long way! Good paint is like painting with liquid plastic, good epoxy.....liquid steel ! LOL

Nice work, we have installed metallic epoxy floors in restaurants, commercial kitchens, warehouses, coffee shops, living spaces, basements and in my own home! @PalmettoMoon7 жыл бұрын
Chris Boggs The two part epoxy is the way to go with a high gloss finish of any color you want. you have to work with it fairly fast as it does heat up once you mix the two parts together. In the painting business we call it "it's cooking". Cause it get so hot you could cook on it. Once the two part self levels, after troweling it with the large floor ones like these guys used, it's just a matter of wait time. once it's set, your good as gold. The stuff is super hard and will hold up to any type of tires. I don't recommend doing burn outs in the garage though.

what a nice job! I have some questions about it; is it useful for wet floors ( wc etc.)? I think it may be slippery! and what can I use for cleaning the floor after metallic epoxy application. can I use it for outdoor decoration
@XtremePolishingSystems6 жыл бұрын
For wet floor applications, we suggest applying a moisture barrier coat that will help with wet floors. For maintenance on epoxy floors, our installers use iKlean, epoxy cleaner every 6 month to a year. Epoxy isn't great for outdoors unless in the garage where there isn't direct sunlight. For outdoor applications, we suggest using a Polyaspartic floor coating for maximum UV protection.
