Did not know about the eye spectrum part with the radio being the colour it is, I always figured the police use black radios and fire traditionally are yellow but that’s just a guess as it depends on jurisdiction

that or the battery used isn't a smart battery. some lithium and nimh aren't smart but good grade batteries. we use both types smart and litium non smart.
