re inventing the huey like for example what the US marines did? It is as modern as you can get its based on the latest commercial bell 412. The Japanese also operate blackhawks and seahawks these bell 412 derivatives cost less to operate than a blackhawk so I am guessing that is why they have a mix of helicopters
