For me that there is exactly the Summoner build and it's my favorite. D talents on 4 and 7, and Q talent on 13 are its core. It can in the right situation also be quite tanky on 20 with the D talent, cause you cdr the armor, especially if you take Shackler on lvl1 + Mages ult. That being said I haven't figured out, Q on 16 synergizes with this too, but I still think W is better most of the times.
