Food keeps fresh longest in a cellar. Look it up in the handbook for more information, but the smallest possible cellar is basically a 1x1 that's covered by a block.

Hello there o/ I like you strugling and videos are kind of fun ( even you are very, very slow evolving ). So I have one gamechanging, pro gamer move advice today for beggining. Make a hoe and if you found a wild mature crop, make a farmland under that crop and then harvest it. You will get much more grain, fibers or chance to get 2 seeds.
