You undersell a thin deck for the first turn you have 15ish% more of chance to get what you want every turn it gets closer to evening out but unless you draw your whole deck it's gonna be like 1 in 10 chance to be better. On top of that early turns are more important to allow you to snowball/deny your opponent from snowballing.

Yeah but tbh, the most fun I had for a long time in the beta of the digital version was to open boosterpacks, getting new cards, exploring things for yourself without looking at meta stuff. I had no idea what cards are in there and it was just exciting to getting new cards and trying it out

Sure, if that's your goal then just don't look up meta stuff. If you're trying to improve your deckbuilding for the sake of upping your winrate tho, probably should. All depends on your goal

What general number would you recommend for 1-6 drops when building a deck? The starter decks have around a dozen 1 drops.

I've been googling and cannot find an answer. Maybe it's not even a consideration when building decks, but do ratios not matter? I'm a digimon player and when deck building, the ratio matters. I'm not sure if I have too many 1 cost? 2 cost? Not enough 3s? What's the standard for ratios?

Depends on the deck. Dunno that there's a standard ratio. Some decks require more 1 drops than others. But most decks will sustain with primarily 2/3 drops

Broly is my main fw deck right now on digital but i have the hardest time against crit leaders. Other leaders i put up a pretty good fight against and squeek out some wins. How do you handle crit? I dont have any of the 6 drop gohans that add a life back or the gohan scr on digital but when i do or if i pull them they might be additions to the deck. I think the hardest part is taking life to fast and i end up loosing.

I netdeck all the time since I never know how to build a deck no matter what game. However I do make little changes here and there depending on what I like and don't like for the deck.
