Sometimes we forget quality of life. Just like humans forget quality of life. Quality of life means a lot. And know when to let go. Animals realize the circle of life and know when it has come to an end. We as humans want to hang onto memories. Animals are more humane than humans.

Thank you so much for saying this 🙏 People unwittingly use animals to prove a point (often to themselves) without realising that animals have souls and are God's creatures, not ours. There is no need for them to suffer so terribly to be 'saved'. When we eat animals - which I don't necessarily condone - and butcher them for that purpose, we should be sensible enough to let them go peacefully when the quality of life is low and especially with a lot of pain. But I suspect dog rescues have become a cottage industry precisely because of social media. It's in no one's interest to 'give up' - only the dogs' 😞 God bless you 🌹
