「IDS」 A Year of Feudal Fairytales

It has been over one year since InuYasha Daisuki Studios has been formed and I loved every moment of its existence.
I'm so happy with how far IDS has come... the subs... the fans... the other groups it inspired to be formed. I still ADORE our first MEP... it has to be the greatest thing ever.
We lost old members and gained new ones, but each member that has ever been in IDS has a special place in it. IDS would not be as amazing if not for every person that has been in IDS.
To my members;
This past year has been AMAZING! I've gotten to know really amazing people... improve with my own editing and watch you all improve as well. There's nothing else on YT that I love more than this group and I'm extremely proud to be the leader of such an amazing group. I can't wait for more of our MEPs because we are just the definition of epic.

For our one year anniversary MEP, we did a character MEP. However, unlike typical character MEPs where a person finds a song that is most like their character, we used their OSTs. Instrumemntals.
Each member edited their part differently but captured the essence of their characters... whether it be their hardships, their actions, their lives... every part is signficant and amazingly edited by each and every member.
I know some members had a hard time editing with instrumentals, including myself, but I really love how this MEP came out. Though I'm fairly certain we won't be doing a character MEP like this any time soon again. Haha.
There was some WEIRD transitioning so please excuse that... I had a hard time transitioning them due to their songs and how some people ended their part. Of course at the time, I didn't know it was going to end up like this so it's my fault. Other than that, I think the rest of the tracks transitioned nicely.

I really feel like I need to go on an Inuyasha marathon right now. ;w; The music in Inuyasha is one of the reasons why I love the show so much and to see it all put together and edited by these editors, I can't help but love it even more! Such amazing-ness!!!! The Inuyasha part was fantastic, really gave the feel of Inuyasha. But my very fav is the Kikyo part because I am the biggest Kikyo fan out there! I almost cried... it was just so beautiful... And the Rin part was right after! ^_^ I thought it was so cute! All of the parts were truely amazing! This group is one of the best on YT, filled with many talented editors. You guys are great!!!

Forst getting all pumped up by Inuyasha's OST, then emotional by Kikyo's, Kagome's, Sango's n Kohaku's 8'D I LOVED SESSHOMAROU'S PART!!!
