Very useful and good advie as well. I am not diabetic but my weihgt is still heavy - and nearly to get over wight. So since 2020 I have to control my weight and food. 80% Vegetables and fruits - the rest meat, egg and rice, pasta etc. Try to avoid sweet cakes.
