The part you hear in the beginning of the song is from Andy Kaufmans ‘Kick In The Pants’ . It’s a conversation between Andy and his Grandmother I think. She says “I don’t know why you’re doing it but it’s not (good, not) healthy it’s not right. Not that I’m saying you don’t have it together, I’m sure you do.” And normally she ends the sentence with “You’re a genius, you really are” you can hear it in the original song after the reversed part of the conversation normal. He also used the sentence about being a genius in his song R U N after the speech of Kanye West right in the beginning of the song talking about being a creative genius. Edit: just found out the sentences about being a genius are the producertag of the producer Greaf

I listened to the song with out reversing again and the last part the part i pointed out 10 months ago he did on purpose and I think in one of his interviews he said he was gonna do something like this in one of his songs on a certain album i dont remember i saw that a long time ago and i couldnt sleep last night knowing i never really understood this now i can sleep peacefully... yes it was one of those nights where u cant sleep and remember something from a long time ago XD
