RIP XXXTENTACION. While we have publicly disagreed with many of his life decisions, no one in their right mind would wish what happened upon him. There's no doubt this man has helped countless people through their pain and suffering. Through reviewing nearly all of his music, we got to see a window into that world. It was clear X had a powerful unique musical talent for his age. It's sad to see him go so early in his life. [From Instagram: instagram.com/p/BkL9qSXFY55/]

So rude now that he's big and famous and dead, look at yourself just fake
@XXXTENTAClON2274 жыл бұрын
Very mature of you, I can respect that. All I have to say, if you want to judge his life decisions, don’t ignore the good, otherwise you will disagree with everyone. His criminal history is scrutinised, reconciliation ignored. Maybe it’s just me, but unless he murdered an innocent person in 1st degree or harmed children, his turnaround is completely acknowledgeable. To hold any hostility towards him means you don’t actually care about what he has done, but rather dislike him in general and want to have a valid excuse. A good example is the claim of homophobia; he was not only very vocal about being yourself, but he was incredibly supportive of LGBT rights, and he consistently shared this opinion on tumblr (appraisal for gay marriage, fans coming out etc.) and in private DM’s (when Fifty Grand transitioned from female to male, XXX personally privately messaged them in support even though they had not spoken for a very long time). Ironically, the so called hate crime in prison was nothing more than his instability in prison (BPD symptoms), because he was the one who stepped in to protect his cell mate from bullies. His friend ski mask, openly rejected the gay man as a cell mate, so they picked XXX to share a cell with him. XXX explicitly stated that his cell mate was at risk of being hurt due to his instability and psychosis. The prison officers refused to acknowledge this and it was their negligence that caused the inmate to be harmed by XXX after he lashed out due to the man refusing to look away while he was naked. If XXX was truly homophobic, he would have either rejected him as a cell mate, or would have never given the prison officer the warning and cause harm immediately. However before the incident they were completely fine. The reason his fans defend him isn’t because they like his music. It’s because they knew what he did almost everyday, whether it be motivating his younger fans, sharing his journey with spirituality, sharing books (he personally shared a book title with me that I still read to this day) and most of all, his acts of selfless charity that people discount as in-genuine or “cleaning up his image”. He fell in love with charity and it became increasingly clear. To this day, we still get pictures and videos of him at orphanages or shelters that he never shared himself, because he never shared them for recognition but rather the intent of inspiring those who idolise him to do good things. There truly has been no other artist to remain so humble to his fanbase, even through his mental disorders (I believe he was a borderline) and no other artist has ever shown as much resilience to continue his path of reconciliation and charity in the face of endless hate mobs and threats, not only from streaming services but from other artists and their fans alike. He was continuously disrespected by award shows, by attendees at the award shows and received excess discrimination from the media, standouts including Pitchfork and Complex who went out of their way to belittle any generous act and constantly question his fanbase in an effort to turn them against him (examples include Vic Mensa slandering him after his death and not being censored, at an award show in which his mother, family and grieving close friends had attended) and the most damaging accusation, referring to him as a rapist. Domestic abuse is not rape. Domestic abuse is not sexual assault. G. Ayala never once claimed she was penetrated without consent or forced to have sex. He was undiagnosed, dismissed by those around him. The expectation that we should just expect people to not cause harm while simultaneously refusing to offer any alternative outlet or treatment (for free at least) is the biggest concern. People without trauma or severe mental illness think they are in a place to judge him as a character. You are not a compass of moral judgement. You are someone who thinks your situation is applicable to every situation. XXXTENTACION was a man who immediately reconciled when he found a successful and stable alternative with music. There was nothing more he could’ve done to appease to people. If you wish to underestimate his turnaround, when he visited an orphanage in Miami Florida, he was recognised by one of the social workers. That social worker had recognised him from their time working at a juvenile detention centre. In the space of 4-5 years, a “piece of shit criminal” who should “burn in hell” according to the woke folk was in front of her performing substantial acts of charity and making hundreds of kids happy. The fact that the media attempted to find malice in his charity rather than any sort of appraisal taught me to NEVER question character from other people again. A great example: Complex tried to slander him by claiming his $200k donation to woman’s shelters was a lie. They never once mentioned that his donation was instead redistributed evenly across orphanages and homeless shelters due to unprecedented rejection from a woman’s shelter. Complex said his event for rape and abuse survivors was a lie, but failed to mention that the venue had been vandalised by people who disliked XXX. In my almost 5 years of learning and listening to XXXTENTACION, I always believed when I grew up I’d grow out of liking him. It has only gotten stronger. Being diagnosed with BPD made me understand why XXX seemed to relate so closely to my situations with emotional agony and emptiness, and still serves as a source of motivation and inspiration for hard times. Not only is he my favourite musician, but he’s the only famous individual I’ve found so far who I can genuinely resonate with, making him my favourite popular celebrity figure. Basically, there was no blind bias in loving his music for me to defend him irrationally or deny allegations, but rather actually experiencing his acts of selflessness day in and day out. It says a lot when people say they don’t agree with “what he was doing” before he died so they don’t like him. He was doing was charity. That’s what he was doing.

XXXTENTACION (Jahseh Onfroy) seem's to have grown an incredibly strong underground following within hiphop. Hundreds of you hit us up to react to it. There were too many requests not to start paying attention to XXXTENTACION. So we wen't back and downloaded his entire discography and started from the start by reacting and reviewing 4 of his official releases. We later realized most weren't even asking us to react to them. YES WE WILL REACT TO HIS NEWER WORK. In any case, we're glad we did it because now we have a good understanding of the sound he originated from in 2014 and will be able to appreciate his growth and skill even better once we get to his most popular tracks which yes, we will react and review as well in the future. Did you guy's even know about these official releases: Ice Hotel (2014), The Fall (2014), ItWasntEnough (2016) and Willy Wonka Was a Child Murderer (2016). What did you think of them? Also just wanted to sat thank you for all your support we're extremely thankful to all of you. Jungle Beats Radio Okay I get it now!!! Thanks for the input that makes since. Honestly I just wanted to see your reactions to how raw and unfiltered he is. He's kinda like Death Grips with making a experimental/raw lo-fi sound, but then taking that and mixing it with someone like A$AP Rocky, Maxo Kream, Playboi Carti, or even Earl Sweatshirt. Keep it up! I meant no disrespect just really confused. Thanks for the feedback again!

So just skip the kill your$elf $aga's (i know a lot of people like them but personally i don't think they are a good introduction to $uicideboy$). It's a couple years old but, guys, y'all need to check out Clipping. The main guy is Daveed Diggs, who played Thomas Jefferson in Hamilton. The tracks have elements of hard noise implemented in them, so you may need to turn down the volume sometimes. Other than that though, the bars are pure fire. I suggest either midcity, wriggle, or my favorite, CLPPNG (note: they also have a concept album called Splendor and Misery, which also is quite well made as well!)

Why is it so hard to put timestamps on the vid. I just want to see your reactions to the actuall songs and not the review. If i wanted to see the review i would watch the full vid.
