Induslnd Bank के साथ मेरा अनुभव..😥 मैं 2 घण्टा से बैंक के ब्रांच पर था....45 km दूर अपने घर से...मैंने इस बैंक में एकाउंट ऑनलाइन इस लिए open किया था जो मुझे बैंक पर जाना न पड़े...स्टूडेंट हूँ न...exam भी सर पे है.....बात यह है कि एकाउंट ओपन होने के बाद video kyc सब वेरिफाइड भी हो गया...मैसेज भी आया था.....फिर मैंने bhim upi चालू कर पैसा भेजना चाहा तो फैल हो गया...वहां दिखा रहा था जो एकाउंट फ्रीज कर दिया गया है...इस समस्या को लेकर ईमेल भी किया केअर में बात भी...तो बोला बैंक में document जमा कर दीजिए...मैंने बोला जो एकाउंट तो ऑनलाइन ओपन किया हूँ तो ब्रांच क्यो जाऊ.... फिर तो मैं किसी भी नजदीकी बैंक में एकाउंट ओपन कर लेता....इस बैंक का ब्रांच भी मेरे घर से 45 km था...फिर मैंने सोचा चलो जा कर जमा कर देता हूँ....वहां गया तो document लेने से मना कर दिया...ये बोल कर जो पहले आपका adress वेरीफाई करेंगे...5-7 दिन बाद फिर ब्रांच visit कर लीजिएगा...ये सुन के मुझे गुस्सा आ रहा था...फिर मैंने केअर में बार बार ट्राय कर...बैंक वाले से बात करवाया...फिर केअर वाला भी यही बोला..जो ब्रांच में बोल रहा है वो फॉलो कीजिये....ये सुन कर मूझे अब गुस्से के जगह रोना आ गया जो...मैं और मेरा ₹5000 रुपया कहाँ और किस बैंक में आ कर फंस गया...रोना इसी लिए आ रहा था जो....बैंक जा कर ही एकाउंट खोलना था तो मेरे घर से 10km sbi बैंक था वही ओपन करवा लेता...बैंक बार बार न जाना पड़े इसी लिए online ओपन किया...exam सर पे है एक एक पल फालतू का बीतता है तो बुरा लगता है...और मेरा पुराना बैंक भी इसी बीच बंद हो गया था...इसी लिए एकाउंट ओपन किया...केअर वाला और बैंक का स्टाफ दोनों...ऐसे व्यवहार कर रहा था जो वो लोग मुझपे उपकार कर रहा हो...Induslnd बैंक और उसके सर्विस ने मुझे रुला दिया....कहते कुछ हो और करवाते कुछ हो..कोई भी एकाउंट ओपन न करवाए.. खास कर ऑनलाइन...youtuber सब के बात में मत आना...पागल बना देगा ये बैंक...😥 ट्वीटर पर भी नही है तो वहां कंप्लेन करता...कॉल करना बेकार है और समय की बर्बादी है...ईमेल का तो रिप्लाई ही नही देता। 😥

You have to maintain initial funding till the end date of the month in which account is opened. Lets say you have opened account on 15th January then you have to maintain that amount till 31st January.

sir mene indusind bank mei zero balance delite saving account khola hein aur mene 294 inr. debit card charges + 206 inr = 500 inr. jama kiye the. account open ho gya aur welcome kit bhi aaane wali hein. sir mene 10000 inr. initial amount deposit nhi kiye. kya abhi bhi mera account zero balance par khula hein ? ya mujhe account band kra dena chahiye ?
