I think car is the necessity of the time. But a person may capable of it. And i heard so far that a long time Loan is beneficial keeping in view inflation and increase in income. On the other hand if i have capacity to purchase a car in cash and i take it on loan then the balance money deposited in bank will give interest means the interest i am paying is difference of loan and deposit which will be nominal.

Always go for maximum tenure. Your emi will remain constant but your salary will increase. If it doesn't sell your car. But always go for a lower amount Now. In this example - if 22k-14k I. E. 8k is in ester pm. then you will end up having a lot more money. And your salary will keep on increasing yoy and hence you will feel less burdened.
