Since it seems you're running a decent amount of basics, earthcraft is amazing if you have one to add to the deck. Similar to Ashnod's and Phyrexian Altar but keeps the tokens around for efects like skullclamp, craterhoof, and gaea's cradle.

You mention with the Rielle that she is drawing you more cards and gives you more snakes but since Xyris only triggers on opponents and not your own card draw that statement isn't correct. i mean more cards draw will let you find more cards so you can wheel more but the inherent card draw isn't giving you extra snakes

I'd highly suggest Ogre Battledriver, whenever a creature enters under your control they gain +2/0 and haste until end of turn :-)
