Figured today I'd upload a video different from the usual deck profiles! Hopefully you guys will enjoy it and let me know in the comments if you'd like more videos like this one! This deck has so much variation and plays for every different combination of cards you draw!

With that hand I was ending up at palab, mst, 3 break, barrier, key beetle, leviair, chain, 2 arch. You have to send the second stygian and then you dire wolf your necromancer before soul charge early on, as well as dire wolfing yourself a second time before launcher then you just use palab at the end. You have to do a summon arch no search at one point and use an unused necro for the leviair but that's just restrictions on running out of zones. Second hand you have to send stygian with chain because the first one is banished, then unless you're going palab summon 2nd arch search necro, 2nd chain send stygian, summon necro summon arch search barrier then there's an argument for keeping the palabyrinth set since you can then play it over a mount sylvania/spellbook tower and using it makes you go through your second chain for no additional traps.

@@DuncanHarbison Yeah there's definitely a lot of potential outcomes with each hand. It was sorta just on the fly trying to come up with something while still getting the points across I wanted to make haha. Really glad to see you try out the example hands and find other potential end boards! Appreciate you checking out the video as well!

first hand tbh i wouldnt even use soul charge. using it it is necessary for 4th trap, but theres decent wisdom in leaving the soul charge set in lieu of another trap as a failsafe so my line would be (presuming 3rd styg which this person plays) grepher discard styg send styg styg ss necro set 2 styg ss arch add launcher chain detach arch send 3rd styg set launcher necro arch add arch styg arch add necro field: 2 arch necro chain set launcher 2 set hand: necro chain 2 heiress field flip launcher discard necro set field launcher necro arch arch trap 1 flip field eff banish used necro for 3rd arch trap 2 key beetle target necro* necro arch trap 3 (traditional order of traps being barrier last instead of first cus more likely to be live if ur stopped) end board: mst soul charge 2 break barrier key beetle necro arch 2 chain field (key beetle on necro). turn 3 followup option if ep 2 break + mst + 8k+ on board isnt enough - + if u draw a mon for turn specifically - u have field arch dire clear 3 mon zones then normal + soul charge last trap there instead of turn one to seal it for that contingency even without t3 bp. hi duncan btw its noelle *(edit: thinking about it more key beetle barrier - which is the primary exception case where u search barrier first - would be the play if ur on 2 necro instead of 3. im still 3 necro-brained from historical play lol so u wouldnt have the worst case necro > arch > necro > leviair still game option ig but g2/3 depending on side board metas with needle ceiling that still might factor for or against search barrier early key beetle it. keeping soul charge set might also add to that redundancy in my line)

@@warenfetischismus3649 Good stuff on the combos. Do you think a second Leviair is the way to go? Currently only running one, I sorta forgot to order a second one.

hello :)...what tier is this deck?
@MaxImmatureZarin28 күн бұрын
@@manuelgonzalez4480 So this one is interesting. It's extremely powerful in the right hands since it is fairly complicated. Knowing all the different combo lines is important. It's known to be a solid tier 1/1.5 deck but from modern hat tournaments has fallen out slightly. It still tops but not as much as during the time period. It could be from the lack of players playing it(cuz there's so many deck options in the format) or it's complexity. I'm not entirely where I'd rank it rn
