Ang pag lalakad sa trail ay mahalintulad mo sa pag mamaneho ng sasakyan…sa umpisa ramdam mo ang pagpapagana ng lahat ng parte ng katawan mo(mata sa daan, kaliwang kamay sa steering wheel, kanang kamay sa kambyo, kanang paa sa accelerator at brake at kaliwang paa sa clutch….habang tumatagal pag na sanay na automatic na yung reflexes mo sa kamay at paa at na eenjoy na ng mga mata mo ang tanawin na nadadaanan. Noong 1965 dyan kami nakatira malapit sa Mt. Apo at sa panahong yon ay masukal pa ang kagubatan at ang nakikita namin ay puro mga naglalakihang puno ng lawaan, apitong at ibat-ibang uri ng mga giant trees ang hindi na masisilayan ngayon. Napakalamig dyan tuwing hapon at umaga lalo na sa gabi parang winter ang kondisyon sa sobrang lamig.

Been there way back 2007, iba na ang kalakaran. While you climb on the peak, may nagluluto na para sa inyu. Kami noon, gutom lahat at uhaw na uhaw. May hang over pa dahil sa inum kasi ang lamig ng hangin. Di ka nakakatulog, but we survived naman. Different era and story but all in all we all conquer the peak.

First time kitang napanood idol at nag kataon pa na Mount Apo ang bundok na inakyat mo...i'm proud of you... Malapit lang yan sa Bayan namin pero di pa ako naka akyat dyan ..di kasi natuloy ang plano namin na umakyat dyan , college pa ako noon that was 1989...sa ngayon i'm already 60th year old but nainspired ako sa kasama mo na 68th years old kinaya pa rin nya na maka akyat sa mount Apo...So, sana pag nag vacation ako ng kidapawan city maka akyat na rin ako ng Mount Apo. Para matupad ang pangarap ko na maka akyat sa bundok na yan
