❣️你們有這種情況嗎?小時候的一次經歷,在之後的好多年都難以釋懷?今天想跟大家分享一下我小時候的一次難忘經歷!
👉這裡是香港聖安德烈堂,它位於熱鬧的彌敦道,是九龍區歷史最悠久的基督教教堂。紅磚外牆,尖拱形的窗戶、曲線窗花格和彩色玻璃窗,外觀復古典雅非常之漂亮,現在是香港一級歷史建築。
💕我8歲那年,曾經在這裡參加鋼琴比賽,原本是練習得很好的,在台上卻由於過度緊張導致我沒能順利完成比賽,賽後評委們都非常惋惜地說,如果寶文不是因為失誤其實是可以拿到冠軍,但是由於這個失誤我卻連前三都沒有進🥹。
🥺這事後來困擾了我多年,每當想起都會感到懊惱,就連路過這裡都不太敢靠近,還會時常夢到當時比賽的場景。
🤗但在慢慢成長的歲月裡,學識和經歷的豐富使得我逐漸放下,學會了去寬慰自己。今天再次來到這裡,我終於可以勇敢地來仔細參觀這個建築並將這個故事分享給大家!
🎉我也想要對8歲的自己說:其實每一個人都不是完美的,在我們成長的路上每一個人都會跌倒會有失誤,但這些都不會影響我們之後要走的路,正因為這些經歷才會使我們成長,更加堅強地去面對一切。
❣️ Have you ever been haunted by a childhood memory that lingered with you for years? Today, I'd like to share an unforgettable experience from my youth.
👉 This is St. Andrew's Church in Hong Kong, situated on bustling Nathan Road. It is the oldest Christian church in the Kowloon district. With its red brick walls, pointed arched windows, curved window grilles, and stained glass, the exterior radiates a timeless, elegant charm, and is now a Grade I historic landmark in Hong Kong.
💕 When I was eight years old, I participated in a piano competition held within these hallowed walls. I had prepared extensively, yet due to overwhelming stage fright, I was unable to deliver a smooth performance. After the competition, the judges expressed deep regret, remarking that had I not made the mistake, I could have clinched the championship. Instead, I failed to even place in the top three.
🥺 This experience haunted me for many years. Whenever I recalled it, I felt a sense of frustration. I even hesitated to approach this place and would often find myself reliving the scene of the competition in my dreams.
🤗 However, as I matured and gained more knowledge and life experiences, I gradually came to terms with it and learned to console myself. Today, when I returned here, I was finally able to muster the courage to revisit this building and share my story with all of you.
🎉 To my eight-year-old self, I want to say: No one is perfect. In our journey of growth, we all stumble and make mistakes, but these do not define the path that lies ahead. It is precisely through such experiences that we evolve and become stronger in facing life's challenges.
