they did it last rush so ppl should of known. they do the same concept w/ final releases. they make the odds & releases good towards the beginning & as they build a good reputation w/ the packs they nerf it more & more then they just give you the terrible basic packs final release bc it's more top tier cards in packs. first or second release is always the best time to get packs then it's downhill from there
