这次要分享的是怡保粥，最出名的是猪杂粥。怡保粥的特色是广式粥，白白绵密的粥，配上炸猪肠和其它不同猪杂，真的只有这里可以吃到的味道。
如果想逛怡保夜市，建议可以安排星期五来逛最大型的夜市。里面隐藏着只有当地人才懂得爆红美食。尤其大拇指臭豆腐，真的可以媲美吉隆坡wangsa maju很红又要排长队的Uncle臭豆腐。

The specialty of Ipoh Congee is its Cantonese-style congee, which is creamy and smooth, served with deep-fried pig intestines and various other pork offal. You can truly savor this unique flavor only available here.
If you're interested in exploring the Ipoh night market, I recommend visiting the largest one on a Friday. Inside, you'll find hidden gems of street food that only locals know about. Especially, the highly-praised stinky tofu, which can rival the popular Uncle Stinky Tofu in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, known for its long queues.
