Ingredients -
For Prepare the Batatavada Stuffing
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
2 tbsp Ginger Chilli Garlic Paste
10-12 Curry Leaves
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
5 Medium Size Boiled Mashed Potatoes
As per taste Salt
3-4 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
For Prepare the Batter
¾ Cup Besan/Gram Flour
1 tbsp Rice Flour (You can also add Corn Flour)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
As per taste Salt
As required Water
As required Oil (For Deep fry the vada)
For Prepare the Kadhi
2-3 tbsp Leftover Besan Batter
1 Cup Medium Sour Curd
2½ Cup Water
2 tsp Ghee
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
¼ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
⅛ tsp Dry Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana
3 Dry Red Chilli
8-10 Curry Leaves
2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Sugar
As required Chopped Onion & Nylon Besan Sev (For Garnishing)
Serve it hot
